The Asset file stores asset records. An asset record is a grouping of one or
more asset items that are grouped together, or "combined," for depreciation
purposes. The Asset file also contains many of the selection and sorting
fields that are used for reporting.
Each Asset file record has one or more related records in the Asset Item file
and may have related records in the Asset Book file.
