This field contains the base asset number. That is the first asset to select this asset group. All assets that are added to the asset group subsequently are edited against this asset if the Restrict Mem (Restricted Membership) field is set to Yes.
ATG-RESTRICT-MOD
Element: Restrict Mod		Alpha 1
This field indicates whether all assets belonging to the asset group should be adjusted, transfered,and disposed as a group.
