Activity Consolidation

This file maintains consolidation balances for the Activity Master and Activity Budget files, as well as activity group total amounts. It includes amounts and units beginning balances, amount and units current balances, and life-to-date amount and units totals. Consolidation records are kept for summary level activities if the Consolidate option is selected in AC00.1 (Activity Group). This file reports summary balances in activity group currency.

CSL-FISCAL-YEAR Element: Fiscal Year	Numeric 4 Required key. This is the fiscal year for the consolidation.
CSL-BUDGET-NBR Element: Budget Number	Numeric 3 Required key. This is the budget number for the consolidation, as defined in the Activity Management system.
CSL-ACTIVITY-GRP Element: Activity Group	Alpha 15 This is the activity group for the consolidation.
CSL-ACTIVITY Element: Activity	Alpha 15 Required key. This is the activity for the consolidation.
CSL-ACCT-CATEGORY Element: Account Category	Alpha 5 Required key. This is the account category for the consolidation.
CSL-CURRENCY-CODE Element: Currency Code	Alpha 5 This field contains the base currency code for the activity group. It must have been defined already in AC00.1 (Activity Group).
CSL-LEVEL-DEPTH Element: Level Depth	Numeric 1 This field indicates the number of variable levels pertaining to this record.
CSL-VAR-LEVELS Element: Variable Levels	Alpha 30 Levels define an addressing system that organizes activities into a reporting hierarchy. Level names are defined for an activity group and should be able to be used across all activities in an activity group. Levels facilitate rollup or consolidation of budgets, costs, and revenues from activities at lower levels to macro activities at a higher level within the hierarchy.
CSL-PARENT-ACTV Element: Parent Actv	Alpha 15 The parent activity field contains the activity name of the member parent.
CSL-BALANCE-AMOUNT Element: Amount Balance	Signed 18.2 This is the amount balance for the current year.
CSL-BALANCE-UNIT Element: Unit Balance	Signed 17.2 This is the unit balance for the current year.
CSL-BEGIN-BAL-AMT Amount Beginning Balance	Signed 18.2 This is the life-to-date amount up until the start of the current year.
CSL-BEGIN-BAL-UNT Unit Beginning Balance	Signed 15.2 This is the life-to-date units up until the start of the current year.
CSL-LTD-AMOUNT Element: Life-to-Date Amount	Derived This is the sum of the Amount Balance and the Amount Beginning Balance fields for the fiscal year.
CSL-LTD-UNIT Element: Life-to-Date Units	Derived This is the sum of the Unit Balance and the Unit Beginning Balance fields for the fiscal year.
CSL-ACCT-CAT-TYPE Element: Acct Cat Type	Derived This is the account category type: cost, revenue, or accrual.
CSL-PERIOD-AMT Element: Intl Amt	Signed 18.2 Occurs 13 Times
