BDT-ACTIVITY Element: Activity	Alpha 15 Required key. This is the activity for the budget information.
BDT-BUDGET-NBR Element: Budget Number	Numeric 3 Required key. This is the budget number uniquely defined in budget setup.
BDT-ACCT-CATEGORY Element: Account Category	Alpha 5 Required key. This is the account category for the budget information.
BDT-FISCAL-YEAR Element: Fiscal Year	Numeric 4 Required key. This is the budget year.
BDT-PARENT-ACTV Element: Parent Actv	Alpha 15 The parent activity field contains the activity name of the member parent.
BDT-COMPUTE-NAME Element: Compute Name	Alpha 12 This is the name for a compute statement. You can use a compute statement to calculate the budget. Use the Compute action code and define a compute statement, consisting of data dictionary items and operation symbols. You can define compute statements in RW50.1 (Compute Statements).

BDT-MAINT-DATE Element: Maintenance Date	Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) This is the date the budget was changed.
BDT-MAINT-TIME Element: Maintenance Time	Numeric 6 (hhmmss) This is the time the budget was changed.
BDT-SPREAD-CODE Element: Spread Code	Alpha 3 A spread code is a formula for budgeting spending activity that can be set up in AC23.1 (Spread Codes). You can use a spread code to schedule spending over the life of the activity or activity group. Spread codes can be used to represent characteristic spending patterns.
BDT-BALANCE Element: Budget Balance	Signed 18.2 This is the annual balance of the budget for the indicated year.
BDT-BALANCE-UNIT Element: Balance Unit	Signed 17.2 This is the units balance for the budget for the indicated year.
BDT-BEGIN-BAL Element: Beginning Balance	Signed 18.2 This is the beginning balance for the budget for the indicated year.
BDT-BEGIN-BAL-UNIT Element: Begin Bal Unit	Signed 15.2 This is the units balance for the budget for the indicated year.
BDT-FACTOR Element: Factor	Alpha 15 The element that affects the budget change.
BDT-FACTOR-RATE Element: Curr Rate	Signed 14.7 The currency rate.
BDT-BLANK Element: Blank	Derived This derived field is always blank. It is used in the Drill Around feature for column headings.
BDT-AMT-VARIANCE Element: Amt Variance	Derived This is the amount of the budget variance.
BDT-UNIT-VARIANCE Element: Unit Variance	Derived This is the number of units for the budget variance.
BDT-VARIANCE Element: Variance	Derived This is the percentage of variance from the budget amount.
BDT-VARIANCE-UNITS Element: Variance Units	Derived This is the percentage of variance from the units budget.
BDT-OVER-UNDER Element: Over Under	Derived This field indicates whether there is a variance, either over or under, the budgeted amount. If there is no variance, the field is blank.
BDT-OVER-UNDER-UNT Element: Over Under Unt	Derived This field indicates whether there is a variance, either over or under, the budgeted number of units. If there is no variance, the field is blank.
BDT-ACCT-CAT-TYPE Element: Acct Cat Type	Derived This is the account category type: cost, revenue, or accrual.
BDT-PERIOD-AMT Element: Intl Amt	Signed 18.2 Occurs 13 Times
BDT-PERIOD-UNIT Element: Unit	Signed 15.2 Occurs 13 Times
BDT-PERIOD-FACTOR Element: Factor	Alpha 15 Occurs 13 Times The element that affects the budget change.
BDT-PERIOD-RATE Element: Factor Rate	Signed 14.7 Occurs 13 Times You can type or select the rate that affects the factor. For example, you could type the inflation rate. If you select units and amounts, the rate is calculated.
