Activity Master

This file contains Activity Management actual amounts in base currency by fiscal year. Information contained in the file is by activity group, activity, and account category. It includes fiscal year, levels, current amount and unit balances, as well as beginning balances and life-to-date balances. Activity Management system master records are created by AC190 (Activity Posting) and can be updated using AC55.1 (Activity Transaction Edit). This file can be listed by running AC290 (Transaction Listing).

MST-VAR-LEVELS Element: Variable Levels	Alpha 30 Levels define an addressing system that organizes activities into a reporting hierarchy. Level names are defined for an activity group and should be able to be used across all activities in an activity group. Levels facilitate rollup or consolidation of budgets, costs, and revenues from activities at lower levels to macro activities at a higher level within the hierarchy.
MST-PARENT-ACTV Element: Parent Actv	Alpha 15 The parent activity field contains the activity name of the member parent.
MST-BASE-ND Base Number of Decimals	Numeric 1 This is the number of decimal positions defined for the activity group base currency.
MST-BEGIN-BAL-AMT Amount Beginning Balance	Signed 18.2 This is the life-to-date amount up until the start of the current year.
MST-BEGIN-BAL-UNT Units Beginning Balance	Signed 15.2 This is the life-to-date units up until the start of the current year.
MST-BALANCE-AMOUNT Element: Amount Balance	Signed 18.2 This is the amount balance for the current year.
MST-BALANCE-UNIT Element: Units Balance	Signed 17.2 This is the units balance for the current year.
MST-LTD-AMOUNT Element: Life-to-Date Amount	Derived This is the sum of the Amount Balance and the Amount Beginning Balance fields for the fiscal year.
MST-LTD-UNIT Element: Life-to-Date Units	Derived This is the sum of the Units Balance and the Units Beginning Balance fields for the fiscal year.
MST-MAINT-DATE Element: Maint Date	Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) The date last changed.
MST-MAINT-TIME Element: Sys Time	Numeric 6 (hhmmss)
MST-ACCT-CAT-TYPE Element: Acct Cat Type	Derived This is the account category type: cost, revenue, or accrual.
