HR Systems Data Dictionary
Contains a record for each database element you can use with HR170 (HR Writer Report Request), PA100 (Action Update),or HR155 (Employee Group Update). The system stores information about each element, such as size and type, that is needed for the various features. The dictionary is loaded at installation and is not maintainable by any user programs.

| PAD-HEADING Element: Heading | Alpha 15 (Lower Case) Occurs 2 Times Contains the headings for columns in the HR writer. The first occurrence is the top line of the heading; the second occurrence is the bottom line of the heading. |

| PAD-HEADER-SIZE Element: Header Size | Numeric 2 Contains the header size used by the HR Writer. The header size is determined by the larger of these two equations: The field size plus one, or the largest header plus one. The maximum header size is 60 characters. |

| PAD-MIN-SIZE Element: Min Size | Numeric 2 Contains the minimum header size used by the HR Writer. The minimum header size is determined by the smaller of these: The field size or the largest header length. |

| PAD-CMP-FIELD Element: Cmp Field | Alpha 1 Indicates if the item is available for use in the definition of a compute statement. |

| PAD-PRT-TYPE Element: Prt Type | Alpha 1 Determines if duplicated information on subsequent print lines should be suppressed. If the item is E it does not print more than once per employee.
