PA36.1 - Applicant Certification

Use Applicant Certification (PA36.1) to track information about an applicant's certifications. **Processing Effect The Personnel Administration system uses certification information to determine whether an applicant is qualified to perform a job. When you employ an applicant by using Hire an Applicant (PA52.4), the information in this screen updates to Certifications (PA22.1); you do not have to re-type information.
