PA35.1 - Applicant Competencies

Use Applicant Competencies (PA35.1) to track information about an applicant's competencies. The Personnel Administration system uses competency information to determine whether an applicant is qualified to perform a job or position. **Processing Effect When you employ an applicant by using Hire an Applicant (PA52.4), the information from this screen updates to Competencies (PA21.1); you do not have to re-type information.
