PR39.2 - One Time Deduction Speed

Use One Time Deduction Speed (PR39.2) to enter one-time deductions for multiple employees. This is an add only program. To maintain one-timedeductions, use PR39.1 (One Time Deduction). **More Information To create the same one-time deduction for multiple employees, select an employee and enter all appropriate fields. With the exception of theemployee number, all fields default from the previous line. You can create one-time deductions for all employees in a specific company, process level, or department, by leaving the Employee field blank.
