ZE540 - Xpand Interface

ZE540 is setup to handle the Xpand interface file. The file is received daily from Learnsoft and is a full extract, therefore only the most recent courseper employee will be processed. Assuming the chosen record passes all edits it will then be updated on PA22. The input file Course-Number field is set to three fields as follows, separated by colons: LawsonCertificationCode:LawsonRenewalCycle:RenewalDateCalc LawsonCertificationCode is the PA22 certification code. LawsonRenewalCycle is the PA22 renewal cycle. RenewalDateCalc is a custom code defined as follows: LM - last day of acquisition month in renewal cycle year FM - 1st DOM following acquisition month in ren cyc year SM - exact same day of acquisition in renewal cycle year LY - last day of the year (12/31) of renewal cycle year Standard Lawson routines will be used to edit/update PA22: 2000-PAEPC-EDIT-TRAN 3000-PAEPC-PROCESS-TRAN This program will produce an error report and a detail report.
