Contains records consisting of the new value and a date stamp for each field
in the Employee, Personnel Employee, Employee Deduction, Standard Time
Record, Applicant, Job Code, and Supervisor files that are designated to be
logged in HR10.1 (Data Item Attributes). The system logs any field changed by
a personnel action regardless of the flags in HR10.1 (Data Item Attributes).
Does not contain pay rate or salary changes, which are located in Employee
Rate History file.
