LP31.1 - Employee Absence Plan Master

Use Employee Absence Plan Master (LP31.1) to maintain the dates that control absence plan processing, override calculation tables and the General Ledger and Project Accounting account information for each plan structure to which an employee or position belongs. LP31.1 has six tables: Dates, Balances, GL Accounts, Carryover, GL Accounts, Override Tables, and Payroll. The Date tab has a master override flag to prevent Employee Absence Plan Update (LP100) from updating the record automatically. This can be useful if a record is added or ended manually and a group change occurs that would normally cause an update. The Date tab also has a link to the enrollment detail forms, if used by the absence plan. The system processes employee overrides before absence plans.
