Run Position and Job Listing (PA213) to print a list of information aboutemployee positions or jobs. You can list current information, historical information, or both. Fivereport options are available: - Detail, which lists the position or job code, process level, department,user level, location, direct and indirect supervisor, union, work schedule, shift, FTE, schedule, and pay rate for the employees you select. - History, which lists personnel actions and reasons for the employees youselect. - Pay Rate Summary, which lists pay rate amounts in the transaction, base,and reporting currency. - Audit All-Duplicate Positions, which checks all employees and all positionlevels for duplicate employee positions. This report checks to see if any employees have identical position information for two or more positions. - Audit Changes-Duplicate Positions, which checks employees and positionslevels within a date range you enter. This report checks to see if any employees have identical position information for two or more positions. It uses a date range so that the report does not take as long to run.
