If fiscal year is not zeroes, the record is a K12 teacher contract work schedule. The K12 teacher contract work schedule determines the days worked to determine how a teacher is paid.

WSC-END-DATE Element: End Date	Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) This pertains to the Contract End Date that will default as the Contract End Date on the Contract Record.
WSC-WORK-START-DT Element: Start Date	Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) This date determines the Work Start and End Dates to be used to calculate work days for payouts that will default to Contract.

WSC-TOT-HRS-PR-DAY Element: Cw Hrs Pr Day	Signed 18.6 This is the standard hours per day on the Work Schedule to calculate the daily rate from hourly rate.
WSC-ANNUAL-UNITS Element: Cw Annual Unit	Signed 18.6 This pertains to the annual Worked Hours or Days by an employee. Work Schedule Detail uses this field as the basis in calculating the number of Work Days and Remaining Days Worked.
WSC-UNIT-TYPE Element: Cw Unit Type	Numeric 1 This categorizes the value in the Annual Units Field. This could be either Hours or Day Unit Type. 1 = Hours 2 = Days
WSC-WORK-SCHD-CHG Element: Cw Schd Change	Numeric 1 Set the flag to a 'Yes' when a change is performed on the CW01 that is tied to an employee. CW100 will look for these records to update employee contract records and then will reset the flag. CW130 will not create a time record for a contract flagged as 'Yes'. 1 = No 2 = Yes
