Contracts are used in K12 school districts to manage and track employee employment record and drive an employee's pay for the contract year. This file contains the Employee Contract Supplemental Assignment record which is considered additional pay for a contracted activity such as coaching or extra curriculum writing.

A Pay Rate Change to the current Position will create a new Contract Supplemental Assignment record with a new Effect Date that aligns to the PEP Effect Date for segments with calculation type of Daily Rate.
CWA-ASG-END-DATE Element: End Date	Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) The End Date will default from the Work Schedule's Work End Date as the Contract Assignments End Date and will be displayed on the Contract Detail assignments. This date can be overridden on the assignment.
CWA-PRORATED-AMT Element: Cw Prorated Am	Signed 18.6 Calculated amount of work units from the Work Start and Work End Dates. Value will be calculated when the CW101 program generates a new contract or user adds a record through CW13.
CWA-PRORATED-UNITS Element: Cw Prorate Unt	Signed 18.6 Work Units determined from the Work Start and Work End Date that defaults from the Work Schedule or may overridden on the Contract Detail Assignment. Value will be calculated when the CW101 program generates a new contract or user adds a record through CW13.
CWA-PCD-SEQ-NBR Element: Pcd Seq Nbr	Numeric 4 The Pay code's Pcd Seq Nbr will be stored per Contract Supplemental Assignment record to link PRTIME YTD Paid and Balance amounts back to the Contract.
CWA-ASG-CALC-TYPE Element: Cw Asg Calc Tp	Numeric 1 The assignment calculation type determines the wage amount to be paid out per supplemental assignment. 1 = Annual Amount 2 = Pay Period 3 = Percent of Current Earnings 4 = Daily Rate 5 = Hourly
CWA-AMT-PCT Element: Cw Amt Pct	Signed 18.6 Depending on the Pay Calc Type, this field will contain an Annual Amount, Pay Period Amount, or Percent value to be used for the supplemental assignment payout. A percent value will be used for the calculation type of 3=Percent of Base Pay.
CWA-POSITION Element: Position	Alpha 12 User may associate a supplemental assignment record with a position (PA02.1) or specific employee position (PA13.1). Assignment records using a Daily Rate calculation type must be defined with a PA13.1 employee position record for the rate of pay and FTE values used in the pay period payout calculation.
CWA-CHECK-GRP Element: Check Grp	Alpha 1 User assigns alpha or numeric value that will determine what records to group together to pay out on separate checks.
CWA-PROCESS-GRP Element: Process Grp	Alpha 1 User assigns an alpha or numeric value that will determine what records to group together for taxing purposes.

CWA-PAY-PER-AMT Element: Cw Pay Per Amt	Signed 18.6 Displays the calculated next payment amount for the next pay period calculated by Prorated Amount/Number of Pay Cycles.
CWA-YTD-PAID-WAGES Element: Ytd Paid Wages	Signed 18.6 Displays the wages paid to date for the Contract Detail supplemental assignment record. The CW197 program will calculate and store this value.
CWA-PAID-WAGE-BAL Element: Paid Wage Bal	Signed 18.6 Displays the balance amount that is determined by taking the Prorated Amount - YTD Paid Wages for the Contract Detail supplemental assignment record. The CW197 will calculate and store this balance amount.
