Activity Budget Header

This file contains activity budget header information from the AC20 (Activity Budget) forms. It includes activity group, activity, budget number, type, total, and description; lock, calculation, and maintenance information; and setup definitions, such as begin and end dates, variable levels, currency code, rate value, units flag, rounding type, and number of decimal positions in the budget currency.

BDH-ROUND-TYPE Element: Rounding Type	Alpha 1 This field indicates the type of rounding for the budget amount. The default is 2 (2 decimals, or no rounding). 1 = 1 Decimal 2 = 2 Decimals W = Whole H = Hundreds T = Thousands
BDH-UNT-ROUND-TYPE Element: Unt Round Type	Alpha 1 This field indicates the type of rounding for the units budget. The default is 2 (2 decimals, or no rounding). 1 = 1 Decimal 2 = 2 Decimals T = Thousands H = Hundreds W = Whole
BDH-LOCK Element: Lock	Alpha 1 This flag indicates whether the budget is locked. N = No Y = Yes
BDH-NUM-DECIMALS Element: Number of Decimals	Numeric 1 This is the number of decimal positions to calculate for the budget amount.
BDH-UNT-NUM-DEC Element: Unt Num Dec	Numeric 1 This is the number of decimal positions to calculate for the units budget.
BDH-FACTOR Element: Factor	Alpha 15 The element that affects the budget change.
BDH-FACTOR-RATE Element: Factor Rate	Signed 14.7 You can type or select the rate that affects the factor. For example, you could type the inflation rate. If you select units and amounts, the rate is calculated.
BDH-LIFE-ONLY Element: Life Only	Alpha 1 This field indicates whether the budget is life-only. Y = Yes N = No
BDH-RELEASED Element: Released	Alpha 1 This field indicates whether a change order associated with the budget has been released. Use Yes for Released and No for Not Released. Y = Released N = Not Released
BDH-RPT-RATE-1 Element: Rpt Rate 1	Signed 14.7 The exchange rate to convert the transaction amount to Report Currency 1. The exchange rate is defined in CU10.1 (Exchange Rate).
BDH-RPT-RATE-2 Element: Rpt Rate 1	Signed 14.7 The exchange rate to convert the transaction amount to Report Currency 1. The exchange rate is defined in CU10.1 (Exchange Rate).
