Contains pay rate history. Whenever an employee's pay rate is changed, a
record is created in this file reflecting the new value and the date when it
became effective. It also includes the actual (system) date and time the
change was made and the id of the user who made the change.

Contains the employee's new pay rate.

Contains the employee's new annual
salary. If the employee's salary class
is "S", this value will match the Pay
Rate. If the employee's salary class is
"H", this value is computed as Pay Rate
X Annual Hours (from the job code
record) X the employee's FTE.
