The Work Order Items file contains information about components used in the process of producing a finished good for a specific work order.

WOI-COMPANY Element: Company	Numeric 4 This field contains the company number, as defined in the Inventory Control system.
WOI-LOCATION Element: Location	Alpha 5 This field contains a valid stock location within the company inventory. It is also the production facility where finished goods are produced.
WOI-WORK-ORDER Element: Work Order	Numeric 8 This field identifies the work order and may be automatically assigned or manually assigned, depending on the option defined for each production (inventory) location.
WOI-WORK-ORDER-SUF Element: Work Order Suf	Numeric 2 This field will normally be zero for a work order. If you chose to split a work order so the completed part of the finished goods can be available for allocation, the work order created for the remaining quantity will have a non-zero value in this field.
WOI-COMPONENT-SEQ Element: Seq	Numeric 3 The component sequence number is the order in which this component is added to the finished good during the production process.
WOI-COMPONENT-TYPE Element: Component Type	Alpha 1 The component type specifies whether the component is an inventory component used in the production of the finished good, a packaging item, or an offsite item. C = Component P = Packaging O = Offsite Component R = Rework
WOI-ITEM Element: Item	Alpha 32 This field contains the item identifier of the component, as defined in the Inventory Control system.
WOI-INV-LOCATION Element: Location	Alpha 5 This field contains a valid stocking location within the company inventory.
WOI-PLAN-QTY Element: Quantity	Signed 13.4 This field contains the planned quantity for an item for a work order.
WOI-ACTUAL-QTY Element: Quantity	Signed 13.4 This is the actual quantity of the component used to make the finished goods for this work order.
WOI-ACT-CTW-QTY Element: Quantity	Signed 13.4 This is the actual catch weight quantity of the component used to make the finished goods for this work order.
WOI-PICKED-QTY Element: Quantity	Signed 13.4 This is the quantity of the component that was picked for the work order.
WOI-DETAIL-QTY Element: Quantity	Signed 13.4 This field shows the total quantity of details defined for a detail tracked item. It is matched against the line quantity field to determine if details are in balance.
WOI-CATCH-WT-QTY Element: Quantity	Signed 13.4 This is the catch weight quantity of the component that was picked for the work order.
WOI-DTL-CTW-QTY Element: Quantity	Signed 13.4 This field is not currently used by the Work Order system.
WOI-WST-ACCT-UNIT Element: Acct Unit	Alpha 15 The waste account unit is part of the account where the cost of components that were wasted during the work order production process are posted. The cost of wasted components are not included in the cost of the finished good.
WOI-WST-ACCOUNT Element: Account	Numeric 6 The waste account is part of the account where the cost of the components that were wasted during the work order production process are posted. The cost of wasted components are not included in the cost the finished good.
WOI-WST-SUB-ACCT Element: Sub Acct	Numeric 4 The waste subaccount is part of the account where the cost of components that were wasted during the work order process are posted. The cost of wasted components are not included in the cost of the finished good.
WOI-WASTE-QTY Element: Quantity	Signed 13.4 This is the quantity of the component that was wasted during the work order production process and was not used in the finished good.
WOI-WST-CTW-QTY Element: Quantity	Signed 13.4 This is the catch weight quantity of the component that was wasted during the work order production process and was not used in the finished good.
WOI-EST-COMP-COST Element: Intl Cost	Signed 18.5 This is the estimated unit cost of the component.
WOI-ACT-COMP-COST Element: Intl Cost	Signed 18.5 This is the actual unit cost of components that were not picked but were consumed, that is, used in the finished good or wasted. This field will be zero if the picked quantity is greater than the sum of the actual quantity and the waste quantity.
WOI-PICKED-COST Element: Intl Cost	Signed 18.5 This is the unit cost for components that were picked.
WOI-TOT-ACT-COST Element: Intl Cost	Signed 18.5 This is the extended cost of the components used to make the finished goods for this work order. The cost of any wasted components is not included in this field.
WOI-TOT-WASTE-COST Element: Intl Cost	Signed 18.5 This is the extended cost of components that were wasted during the production process for this work order. This cost is not included in the inventory costs of the finished good produced.
WOI-QTY-TOL-PCT Element: Qty Tol Pct	Percent 5.3 (Percent) This field contains the quantity tolerance percent of the component.
WOI-ZERO-QTY-FL Element: All Flag	Alpha 1 The zero quantity tolerance flag is used to indicate if zero tolerance is allowed for the component on this work order. This field is loaded from the component definition on the finished good template when the component is added to the work order through work order explosion or another entry method. Y = Yes N = No
WOI-WALK-THRU-REQ Element: Req Comments	Alpha 1 This field indicates that a transaction line is out of balance. For example, if lot, bin, or serial number quantities do not equal the transaction quantity, select the WalkThru form action to balance the transaction quantities.
WOI-DISP-INV-LOC Element: Disp Inv Loc	Derived The system displays a string that contains inventory location (INV-LOCATION) preceded by a label for the inventory location.
WOI-DISP-LOCATION Element: Disp Location	Derived The system displays a conditional field that will contain display inventory location (DISP-INV-LOC) if the value of inventory location (INV-LOCATION) is different than location (LOCATION).
WOI-ME-ACCT-UNIT Element: Me Acct Unit	Alpha 15 The material expense account unit is used to record component costs associated with the production of finished goods.
WOI-ME-ACCOUNT Element: Me Account	Numeric 6 The material expense account is used to record component costs associated with the production of finished goods.
WOI-ME-SUB-ACCT Element: Me Sub Acct	Numeric 4 The material expense subaccount is used to record component costs associated with the production of finished goods.
