Calendar
The Calendar file stores calendar records that asset books use for calculating depreciation, replacement cost, and insurance values, and for reporting date ranges. Calendars define a processing schedule and posting dates for a year, and are defined by book, book type, company, and year end date.

| AMC-NBR-DEPR-PD Depreciation Period Number | Numeric 2 Occurs 55 Times Each occurrence of this field identifies the number assigned to a depreciation period. |

| AMC-PD-END-DATE Element: Period End-Date | Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) Occurs 55 Times Each occurrence of this field identifies the ending date for a depreciation period. Once a calendar is defined, the ending dates cannot be changed. |

| AMC-DEPR-PD-CLS Depreciation Period Close | Numeric 3 This field identifies the number of depreciation periods that are closed in the fiscal year. |

| AMC-DEPR-RUN-CLS Depreciation Run Close | Numeric 2 This field identifies the number of times that AM190 (Period Close) has been run for the book. Note: It is possible to close more than one period in one AM190 run. |

| AMC-ORG-YE-DATE Original Year-End Date | Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) This is the original year-end date, the year-end date before the year was defined as a short year. This is used only when defining historical calendars. |
