This field displays the description.
SRS-DEPTH
Element: Depth		Numeric 2
The level depth of the summary account category.
SRS-SEQ-NUMBER
Element: Seq Number		Numeric 6
The sequence number of the summary account category. Used to maintain the order of summary accounts within the category structure.
SRS-PARENT-SUM-CAT
Element: Parent Sum Cat		Alpha 5
Identifies the parent summary account category of summary account categories at a depth > 1. If a summary category is located at level 1, there will be no parent.
SRS-CATEGORY-TYPE
Element: Category Type		Alpha 1
The summary account category type controls the types of account categories that can be assigned to any summary account category. Valid types include: A - Accrual C - Costs P - Pass Thru R - Revenue F - Fee
R = Revenue
C = Cost
P = Pass Thru
A = Accrual
SRS-BUD-FLAG
Element: Bud Flag		Alpha 1
Budget edit flag for summary account categories.
D = Detail
N = No Edit
S = Summary
SRS-OBJ-ID
Element: Obj Id		Numeric 12
This is the object identifier. It is used to relate commitments or posted transactions back to the originating subsystems. Each subsystem record that is updated as a commitment or posted transaction is assigned an object identifier. The object identifier is maintained in the subsystem files and in the Activity Commitments Detail and Activity Transaction files. The object identifier is a unique key used to drill back from Activity Management to the subsystems.
