Activity Relation

This file contains information from AC29.1 (Activity Relationship). The file is used in conversion of non-Lawson activity information to the LAWSON INSIGHT Activity Management system. Its fields Old Activity and Activity link the old system to Activity Management. In addition, it includes the Summary Type and Company fields for upgrade purposes.

ARE-OLD-ACTIVITY Element: Old Activity	Alpha 35 Required key. This is the old activity or project, to be associated with a new activity.
ARE-ACTIVITY Element: Activity	Alpha 15 Enter the name of the new activity associated with the old activity or project.
ARE-SUMMARY-TYPE Element: Summary Type	Alpha 9 Required key. This field is used for upgrading the Lawson 6.0 Project Accounting or 6.1 Projects systems. It contains a summary type from the Project Accounting system or a project from the Projects system.
ARE-COMPANY Element: Company	Numeric 4 Required key. This is the company for the non-Lawson activity or the Lawson 6.0 or 6.1 project or summary type to be upgraded.
ARE-OLD-VAR-LEV-1 Element: Old Variable Level 1	Alpha 15 This is the old variable level 1.
ARE-VAR-LEVEL-1 Element: Variable Level 1	Alpha 15 This is variable level 1 for the new activity.
ARE-VAR-LEVEL-2 Element: Variable Level 2	Alpha 15 This is variable level 2 for the new activity.
ARE-VAR-LEVEL-3 Element: Variable Level 3	Alpha 15 This is variable level 3 for the new activity.
ARE-VAR-LEVEL-4 Element: Variable Level 4	Alpha 15 This is variable level 4 for the new activity.
ARE-VAR-LEVEL-5 Element: Variable Level 5	Alpha 15 This is variable level 5 for the new activity.
