PR297 - W-2 Forms
Run W-2 Form Printing (PR297) to create W-2 forms for government reporting,an edit report in either detail or summary format, or a negative wage report showing all employees with negative wages for the year.
You can define parameters to include all employees or a range of employeesassociated with a company, process level, or report entity.
Note PR297 is not an update program, so you can run it at any time during theyear to verify employee totals.
Important: Lawson strongly recommends that you run PR227 (W-2 ParameterReport) to review the parameters set up on PR27.1 (Year End Parameters) beforeyou run this option.
