Run Quarterly UI Mag Media (PR292) to create a quarterly state unemploymenttape.
You can create a tape for a process level, a company and its dependentprocess levels, an independent process level and its dependent process levels,or for all report entities and their dependent process levels.
IMPORTANT If the company or process level has nonstandard semi-monthly payplans, you must run the Nonstandard 12th of Month Calculation (PR192) before running Quarterly UI Mag Media (PR292) to ensure accurate headcounts.
**Processing Effect
PR292 fills in the fields for Month 1 Employment, Month 2 Employment, andMonth 3 Employment for states that require this information.
