HS535 - Pending Time Record Extract
Use Pending Time Record Extract (HS535) to select the time records you wantto process when performing final payroll processing.
HS535 updates the time records to history status and creates a CSV file. The
CSV file is used as input to Time Record Input (PR530) to update the time
record file for payroll processing.
The system stores the timecards in PRPENDTIMEDBPRPPT, a pending time
record file. To complete the payroll process, an administrator must extract
the PRPENDTIMEDBPRPPT file, load it into the TIMERECORDDBPRTRD
file, and then submit the TIMERECORDDBPRTRD file to the Lawson server
for final payroll processing.
