PO26.6 - Vendor Agreement Line Maximums

Use the Vendor Agreement Commitments Spread form to define or spread newvendor agreement line lifetime maximum amount across user-defined periods and,in effect, have period maximum edits. Use this form for non-committed vendor agreements only or agreements without header or line-level commitments. **Processing Effect There is only a period maximum edit and no annual maximum edit for thesespread amounts. A period is the time from the entered period begin date through the day before the next period begin date or through the agreement expiration date for the last period. You should have spread amounts that total to the line lifetime maximumamount, which is displayed in the header portion of the form. You can define aperiod for a zero spread amount, which will effectively mean no purchase orders or requisitions can be released for that period.
