Review Conversion (PA526) allows users to load incomplete or completed
historical reviews that display on the PA26 program. This program will ONLY
allow reviews to be ADDED and will NOT allow existing reviews to be CHANGED
or DELETED. This program will NOT automatically schedule and add reviews onPA26 based on the Next Review Date being loaded in the CSV input file. Users may run the PA345 program to export the NEXT-REVIEW-DATE (updated from
PEM-Next-Review with Option 1) to the CSV file and use this date as the
Schedule Date in the input file for PA526 to add reviews in the system.
