PA120 - Applicant Purge

Run Applicant Purge (PA120) to purge applicants from the PersonnelAdministration system. WARNING This program permanently deletes data. Before you run this program, back up your data according to your organization's procedures. Before you submit the report, carefully review the parameters. **More Information PA120 can list either a summary or detailed listing of purged applicants. Select Applicant Purge Listing in the Report Option field to list summary information, which shows the name and number of each purged applicant. Select Applicant Profile Purge List to show all the information purged for eachapplicant.
