PC530 - Patient Charge Download
Run Patient Charge Download (PC530) to extract patient charges and create anexport file for a patient billing system. To control export file options, use the Send to Billing and the Resend to Billing form tabs. Optionally, use the Select by Date Range form tab to select patient charges for use elsewhere.
You can create the following file formats:
- Lawson (flat file)
- HL7 (Health Level Seven)

Run Patient Charge Upload (PC540) to process patient charges from a
Lawson format file uploaded from the handheld terminal (HHT).
PC540 You can run PC540 to process files uploaded by the handheld terminal
and routed to PC540 by IC588 (Handheld Processing). To process handheldterminal
transactions, you must set up PC540 jobs and parameters according to therequirements
for handheld processing.
CAUTION After initial setup, do not enter or edit fields on this program.
