IBR-BURDEN-CODE Element: Burden Code | Alpha 4 A burden code identifies a burden that has cost and rate information that is used to determine costs in addition to inventory item costs associated with a simple production process. |

IBR-VENDOR Element: Vendor | Alpha 9 (Right Justified) The vendor's identification code that the burden is associated with. |
