CB57.1 - Payment Cancel

Use Payment Cancel (CB57.1) to cancel released CB payments. Select a Cash Codeand Transaction Code to inquire on released CB payments. Use function code C to cancel posted and unposted payments. Use function code D to cancel and delete unposted payments. This function onlyworks for unposted transactions. When cancelling a posted transaction, reversing distributions are created and you will have to run CB175 to post the new distributions. Cancelling an unposted transaction changes the record status back to 0 - Unreleased. Cancelling a posted transaction changes the record status to 4 - Cancelled. Toview Status 4 (Cancelled) records, run CB255.
