Use Participant Dates (BN70.2) to track dates that control a COBRAparticipant's
eligibility.
You can update these dates using this program, or by running BN170 (COBRA
Notification Report), BN171 (COBRA Letters), and BN175 (COBRA/RetireeOutstanding
Invoices).
