AM551
AM551 - Item Update Adjustment Interface

Run Item Update Adjustment Interface (AM551) to import asset item recordsfrom a non-Lawson application to existing assets and items in the Asset Management application. AM551 interfaces the asset item records from the Lawson Asset Item Interface file (AMASSETINV) (UNIX/Windows) or (DBAMITN) (System i) and moves them to the Asset Managementapplication, where the asset records become unreleased adjusted assets. The non-Lawson item file must be imported into AMASSETINV (UNIX/Windows) orDBAMITN (System i) before you can run this program and the assets for which you are adding items must also exist in a released state. AM551 creates two reports: the interface record and an error report. If arecord generates an error, it appears in the error report. You can review the error report and then correct the record on Item UpdateAdjustment Maintenance (AM51.1).
