AM35.2 - Mass Transfer Filter
Use Mass Transfer Filter (AM35.2) to add location detail information
to a "To Location" defined on Mass Transfer Selection (AM35.1) or to review
and edit location transfer information imported from a transfer filegenerated by a handheld terminal.
You can also use this subform to add account group, accounting unit,
or accounting unit group parameters to the asset transfer selection. Toinclude simulated assets in the filter, select Yes in the Simulated field or select Only to filter simulated assets exclusively. Enter criteria and click the checkbox to return to AM35.1 and display the selected assets.
**More Information
If you want the parameters you select on this form to take effect, you
must select Y (Yes) in the Enable Filter field. An asterisk displays next
to the Filter button on AM35.1 to indicate that the filter is enabled.
Entering a location detail will assign the same location detail to all
the items of all the selected assets. To change the location detail for only
some of the items associated with an asset, use Items (AM20.3) or Items(AM21.3).
If you want to transfer assets associated with an accounting unit group,
and either the From Accounting Unit Group, or the To Accounting Unit Group,
or both, do not have accounting units defined for all the accounts, you also
need to select a corresponding default accounting unit.
