This file stores the Period of Performance Template Header records. The template allows the ability to pre-define or create, and assign a set of POP number of days for serveral system codes. This will simplify the maintenance and setup required for Period of Performance functionality. The template will include a set of system codes and designedated number of begin and end dates for each system assigned to the template. The begin number of days will be subtracted from the activity or activity group begin date to arrive at the systems POP begin date. The end number of days will be added to the activity or activity group end date to arrive at the POP end date. By removing the date from the template, the templates set of POP rangtes can be applied to mulitiple activities or activity groups regardless of their date ranges, or fiscal year.
