AC00.4 - Archive Control
Use Archive Control (AC00.4) to indicate which transaction data files will bepurged and archived when you run Activity Purge (AC311).
AC00.4 sets the fields in the purge file that AC310 uses to determine if theselected files will be archived along with related attachments.
WARNING Mass purge may remove portions of records (such as invoices) if purgeis not performed for all interrelated activity groups. Purge of detail data will affect life-to-date balances for future processing and reporting.
Drills will not be available to purged data.
