Employees are qualified for a position or job if they meet the education, competency, and certification requirements defined in PA08.1 (Qualifications). NOTE An employee's education must have a complete date or be in process tomeet the education requirement of a job. **More Information Employees who do not meet the defined qualifications can be authorizedfor the position or job by using PA23.1 (Employee Qualification Override).
