HR51.7 - Employee Status Mapping
Use Employee Status Mapping (HR51.7) to define Talent Management specificfields associated with the Employee Status Codes defined in HRM. When an employee is added or updated in HRM with a given status code, the mapped values for Relationship to Organization, Relationship Status, and Work Type (optional) will be stored on the interface record for the flow to pick up and pass to TM.
