BN529 - ACA Offers Upload

Use ACA Offers Upload (BN529) to import ACA offers, so that after the ACAOffers Eligibility CSV (BN729) analysis is validated, then the past employee benefit offers that are found on the ACAOFRCSV and EXCOFRCSV files can be imported using the ACA Offers Upload (BN529). BN529 reads an input file; this file must be put in the work directory (touse the default) or use jobdef to define an override path. The default jobdefis setup to import the ACAOFRCSV file. The exception csv file is in the correct format, but the end user needs to either 1) rename the EXCOFRCSV to ACAOFRCSV or 2) change the jobdef to use EXCOFRCSV file. NOTE: At a minimum, only the "best offer" benefit coverage plan and a waiveplan are required to be created for ACA regulatory reporting. This feature can also be used for organizations that must import benefitoffers from an external benefit system. It is required to have benefit plan shells setup for ACA regulatory processing. Offers can be viewed in ACA Offers (BN29) or reported in the ACA OffersReport (BN229) after the update is complete.
