BN00.8 - ACA Year-End ALE Group
Use ACA Year End ALE Group (BN00.8) to combining ALE Members into a group that will be used for the ACA XML File creation (BN299). This group will be considered an Aggregated ALE Group for reporting, which is indicated on the 1094-C form on Line 21. Each of the other group members will be listed in Part IV. List up to thirty other members in descending order of highest monthly average number of full-time employees.
