Activity Statuses
This file contains activity status information from AC02.1 (Status). It includes status code and description, as well as a variety of flags to select for assigning properties to the activity status.

| STS-BUDGET-FLAG Element: Budget Flag | Alpha 1 Required. This field indicates whether activities with this status code can have budgets. This flag is used by the AC20 (Budget) forms and all activity budget programs. Use X to indicate budgets can be created. X = Selected |
