AGC-AC-GL-CODE Element: Activity GL Code	Alpha 4 Required key. This is the GL code, identifying a general ledger account, for posting to the General Ledger system.
AGC-DESCRIPTION Element: GL Code Description	Alpha 30 (Lower Case) This is the description of the GL code.
AGC-COMPANY Element: Company	Numeric 4 Required. This is the responsible company for the activity and GL code.
AGC-ACCT-UNIT Element: Accounting Unit	Alpha 15 Required. This is the accounting unit identified by the GL code. The accounting unit must have been defined already in the General Ledger system.
AGC-ACCOUNT Element: Account	Numeric 6 Required. This is the account identified by the GL code. The account must have been defined already in the General Ledger system.
AGC-SUB-ACCT Element: Subaccount	Numeric 4 This is the subaccount identified by the GL code. The subaccount must have been defined already in the General Ledger system.
AGC-ACTIVE-FLAG Element: Active Flag	Alpha 1 This flag indicates whether the GL code is active. A = Active I = Inactive
