PR530 - Time Record Interface CSV

Run Time Record Interface CSV (PR530) to create time records in the Payroll system. NOTE The CSV file for this program MUST be pre-sorted by company, batch number, and employee. **Processing Effect The system creates Batch status time records by reading a comma separated value (CSV) file created from a non-Lawson time recordsystem. PR530 can create multiple batches of time records from the same time record interface file and then process them into the Payroll system by aspecific batch or for all batches. PR530 provides an option to either create the records with errors in an error file and not update the actual time record file or to update the actual time record file. The error messages will print on an error report.
