HS18.1 - Payroll Lock Out Rules

Use Payroll Lockout Rules (HS18.1) to define a "lock out" date range and time frame that prevents the updates to Direct Deposit, Tax Withholding, and Address Change. **Processing Effect This setting controls EMSS checking of payroll lockout. If a payroll lockout is in effect, EMSS will prevent employees from accessing payroll related task such as: - Employee address changes via Employee Move Life Event or Home Address - Immediate address changes via Manager Personnel Actions - Tax Withholding changes - Direct Deposit changes
