ZE533 - Import Position Qualifications
This program will be used to control position qualifications on PA08. Qualifications are maintained by HRIS in the Access Job Descriptions database at the position level. The JD database exports a file to Unix that contains all quals for each 10-digit position code. This program reads the export quals file and updates PA08 based on each 12-digit position code from PA02 that matches the first 10 digits of the position code on the file.
