ML41.1 - Ledger Journal Analysis

Use Ledger Journal Analysis (ML41.1) to view application, current, and historical ledger journal entries. Use this program to view released ledger journal entries and verify intercompany journal status defined in LedgerJournal Entry (ML40.1). The journal entry status displays as follows: - Unreleased indicates the journal entry is not complete and changes are allowed. - Released indicates the journal entry is complete and changes are not allowed. - Quickpost performs an online posting function with no audit trail. - Posted indicates the journal entry is posted to the Multi-Book Ledger application. - History indicates the journal entry is posted and the period is closed. Choose the Totals button to view journal entry totals. Choose the Print button to open GL240 (Journal Edit Listing). Use this form to create a detailed listing of journal entries defined in GL40.1(Journal Entry). Use the Attachment feature for the journal entry number to review any attached comments or URL links.
