ML291 - Ledger Trial Balance

Run Ledger Trial Balance (ML291) after posting journal entries to create atrial balance report of units and amounts for a ledger and company or company group. You can create a consolidate report for specific levels or accounting units for an entire ledger company. **More Information If you select a company group, all the companies in the company group mustbelong to the ledger, any accounting units you select must be valid for all the companies, and any reporting levels you elect must be valid for all the companies in the company group. This report lets you print a trial balance in a transaction currency, in oneof the reporting currencies (Base, Report Currency One, or Report Currency Two), or in all of the reporting currencies. - If you select a transaction currency, the Report Currency field must beblank. - If you select a Report Currency option, the Trans (Transaction) Currencyfield must be blank. If you select the A (All) Report Currency option, the program generates three separate reports, one for each currency This report combines General Ledger and Multi-Book Ledger balances. To viewonly Multi-Book Ledger balances, use Ledger Transaction Analysis (ML90.1) or Ledger Account Analysis (ML95.1).
