GL160 - Chart of Accounts Interface

Run Chart of Accounts Interface (GL160) to import the chart of accounts interface file for use in the Lawson system. **Processing Effect For UNIX/Windows platforms: During the interface process, all records are edited for errors. When a record is moved from the General Ledger Interface Chart (GLICHART) file to the General Ledger Chart (GLCHART), General Ledger Chart Summary (GLCHARTSUM) and General Ledger Chart Detail (GLCHARTDTL) files, the interface file is deleted, unless errors are found. For System i platform: During the interface process, all records are edited for errors. When a record is moved from the General Ledger Interface Chart (DBIFGCI) file to the General Ledger Chart (DBIFGCH), General Ledger Chart Summary (DBIFGCS) and General Ledger Chart Detail (DBIFGDT) files, the interface file is deleted, unless errors are found. **Troubleshooting Use GL60.1 to correct errors and rerun this program. **More Information Run Chart Interface Listing (GL260) to list chart records in the General Ledger Interface file to verify chart details before running this program.
