PC190 - Patient Charge Item Audit Rpt
Use the Patient Charge Item Audit Report (PC190) to print a report of all field maintenance activity that occurred in the Patient Charge Item table. This report includes the field description, before and after field values, andthe date and time the maintenance occurred. This report also includes the operator signed at the time the maintenance was done.
You must print this report for a specific company. You can also specify a date, revenue center, charge number, and/or item. These options let you audit Patient Charge Item table maintenance activity for a specific date range for one or more revenue centers, charge numbers and/or items.
This program also lets you delete Patient Charge Item audit records from the Requester Audit table and not print the report. Typically, these options are selected once you have printed a listing of Patient Charge Item audit records.Once deleted you cannot print audit records for the this Patient Charge Item and/or date range.
Note: Audit trail records are maintained in the application only if your IC Company (IC01.1) is setup to audit Patient Charge Item maintenance activities.
