AM06.3 - Product Category

Use Product Category (AM06.3) to define global manufacturer and product data. This data is used by Product Category Workbook (AM206) to create alisting of scannable product category bar codes. You can scan this information when adding an asset with the use of a handheld terminal. Each manufacturer ID and manufacturer name combination must be unique and is assigned a unique bar code that represents the whole line of data when you run Product Category Workbook (AM206).
