Introduction

This flow performs an extract of the supplier file which is then sent to PNCBank by calling flow PNCFTPUPDC.

General Data Flow

After file cleanup, PNCSUPPCL.pl PERL script is written and executed to build supplier export file pncsuppexp.txt. Archives it then calls flow PNCFTPUPDC which updates the PNA FTP table. Then sends success email. The end result of this flow is an extraction of 1 supplier file sent to PNCBank.

Recovery (Refer to General Data Flow)

Scenario Procedure
1. Fail @ "File Cleanup" step 1. Manually delete C:\INBOUND\IFS\PNCDATA\ARCHIVE\<!ArchFile>, C:\INBOUND\IFS\pncsuppexp.txt, C:\INBOUND\IFS\PNCDATA\pncsuppexp.txt, and C:\INBOUND\IFS\PNCDATA\supplier.txt
2. Fail @ "Writes/runs the PNCSUPPCL.pl PERL script to build supplier export file" step 2. Manually run C:\INBOUND\IFS\PNCDATA\PNCSUPPCL.pl or use the PERL script in FileAccess550 node by using system command:
start perl C:\INBOUND\ProdLib\TEMP\PNCSUPPCL.pl
3. Fail @ "Trigger flow PNCFTPUPDC which updates the PNA FTP table" step 3. Verify existence and working order of PNCFTPUPDC flow
4. Fail @ "Sends Notifications" step 4. Supplier file converted email can be sent manually
